Liked · The location is wonderful. The garden and beautiful pool area are great and well maintained. The beds and bedlinen are very comfortable.
Did not like · The first room we had (Faust, first floor main hotel building) was extremely noisy and not very clean. Everything was a bit sticky and old inside the hallways and room. There are cow hides on the floor (which we find very unhygienic). The doors have automatic closers and in such an old building you hear every bang very loud! Ask for a room at the garden. The hotel is over-fragranced and too full with kitsch.
Liked · This was a very nice hotel in the center, close to everything!
Liked · Centrally located in St Rémy - lots of lovely restaurants within walking distant. Nice pool in courtyard garden
Did not like · Overpriced for quality of hotel Breakfast is optional extra at 15Euro per day per person and average quality - machine coffee; the same plate of apples put out on the table every day; and considering we were in France I’d have thought we could have counted on the pastries but they were often a little stale. Beware - customer parking is a hidden cost at 12Euro per day and hidden in fine print, they didn’t tell us when we arrived. Security was a concern - they didn’t take a scan of our passport or credit cards like hotels normally do. And we left our key behind the desk on the first evening...when we returned it was unmanned so we rang the bell...the man that appeared said if no one was there in future to go behind the desk and help ourselves...needless to say we didn’t leave our key there again! Biggest problem was the damp - we had a ground floor room over looking the garden. It smelt musty and felt damp. Our clothes in the wardrobe at the end of a five day stay smelt funny. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

Liked · The location of the property is excellent - right in the middle of the town. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The property itself has a nice pool and garden area.
Did not like · There was no hot water and poor water pressure every morning so we had to shower in the evenings. The staff also didn't inform us ahead of time that the street outside the hotel would be closed the day we were arriving, so we had to park our car far away and drag our suitcases with us.
Liked · Close to downtown
Did not like · Too much decoration in all the Hotel Plastic grass
Liked · We loved the staff, the location, rooms, pool and outside garden area. The lobby and lounge are also very nice with good food coffee and games.
Did not like · Breakfast too expensive given that there are boulangeries a block away for a fraction of the cost.
Liked · Situated in the heart of St Remy, the location cannot be beat and just a few minutes' walk to the market, the old city, shops and restaurants. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We had 2 rooms: They were both very clean, beds were comfortable, showers impeccable, the views (we were on the top floor) were priceless. However, one of them was quite musty smelling. Very nice pool area with plenty of lounging, and a lot of places to sit outside all around the hotel.
Did not like · The bar area was subpar and the service there was mediocre. We tried to get an aperitif from the bar to take outside and it felt that we were clearly annoying the gentleman who we asked helped from. As in many French hotels, they were
